CHARACTERISTICS: The sweetness of the french shallot, the taste of the cooked raspberries and the aroma of the Kampot pepper will definitely inspire you…

INGREDIENTS: French shallots, white onions, red onions, cane sugar, fortified wine, raspberry vinegar, salt, black Kampot pepper, gluten free pectin, citric acid. Contains sulphites.

NOTE: Gluten free

USE: Cheer up your grilled cheese sandwiches! Add some confit in your ham sandwich made on a crispy baguette, with old cheddar cheese. Enhance your cheese platter or smoke salmon. Delicious with meat pies and quiches, a purée or dauphinoise potatoes. Then again, if we are forced to do so…how about champagne and foie gras!

NOTE: Refrigerated after opening, the confit will keep until the expiry date.

Great customer service using the chat when I placed my order. The box came with everything beautifully packaged inside like Christmas in July. The note accompanying it was lovely and sweet. The quality of the products is very nice. Will definitely be ordering again.

In addition to a great selection including hard-to-find items, the customer service at this establishment is in a category that I did not know still existed. I have ordered from this great store over the internet and with one order there was a question with a quantity I ordered and the staff called me the same day to make sure I had not made a mistake. They also know their products very well and are happy to help. Their selection is very extensive. For those of us in the US, have no worries about things taking a long time to arrive from our helpful knowledgeable neighbors to the North! I just received another order from this great store and echo my previous comments! Quick service and your order arrives perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the products and service.
