Esta mousse está hecha exclusivamente de pato e incluye 60% de foie gras natural, que conserva el sabor auténtico además de darle una textura ligera y cremosa. ¡Su gran versatilidad hará las delicias de todos los paladares!

Direcciones y almacenamiento: Refrigere por tres horas antes de probar. Templar 15-20 minutos antes de abrir la lata para que sea más fácil desmoldar. Abra ambas tapas y empuje suavemente hacia la parte más ancha. Se almacena de 3 a 6 días en el refrigerador después de abrirlo.

Acompañamientos recomendados: esta mousse de foie gras de pato es perfecta para aperitivos. Untar sobre pistachos o crackers de higos, por ejemplo. También se puede utilizar para hacer pequeños aperitivos de hojaldres rellenos de foie gras. Puedes añadir flor de sal, junto con un poco de cebolla confitada, gelatina de frutas, higos frescos y peras.

Vinos y licores: : Vino tinto seco, grandes vinos blancos de Borgoña, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, Jurançon…

Ingredientes : Foie gras de pato de granja, leche, grasa fina de pato, hígado de pato, huevos, sal y pimienta, especias.

In addition to a great selection including hard-to-find items, the customer service at this establishment is in a category that I did not know still existed. I have ordered from this great store over the internet and with one order there was a question with a quantity I ordered and the staff called me the same day to make sure I had not made a mistake. They also know their products very well and are happy to help. Their selection is very extensive. For those of us in the US, have no worries about things taking a long time to arrive from our helpful knowledgeable neighbors to the North! I just received another order from this great store and echo my previous comments! Quick service and your order arrives perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the products and service.
