Worcestervegan sauce Les Charlatans is tasty and versatile. It can be used as a condiment as well as a marinade and will instantly become one of your classics! We replaced the anchovies with the Royal Kombu: a beautiful seaweed also called sweet kelp or sea lasagna that adds umami to our product. This ingredient, both local and sustainable, is harvested by hand in Gaspésie by Varech Phare Est. Our ingredients are almost all organic. Get your glasses and barbecue! Your Bloody Mary and your grills will never have tasted so good!

The Charlatans do not use any preservative, coloring or additive agents to keep the freshness and respect the natural flavors of the products.

Our main goal is to obtain high-end products, 100% natural and made in Montreal.

Our ingredients: apple cider vinegar*, tamarind, Royal kombu, molasses*, tamari sauce*, tamarind puree, lemon juice*, ginger powder*, cinnamon powder*, mustard powder*, onion powder*, chili powder, ground black pepper. *organic ingredients

1 teaspoon Worcestervegan
1 teaspoon lime syrup & pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 drops hot sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 ½ oz vodka 6 oz Clamato (tomato juice in the case of a Bloody Mary)
Choice of garnish, according to taste (celery and/or cucumber)
