A spicy creamy Guacamole dip mix. Made with market fresh avocados but even smoother with the addition of sour cream. Light, creamy, full of taste dips, prepared in minutes, just add fresh ingredients, chill and serve. Taste even better if left in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. These dips are prepared with the finest ingredients, natural blends of Herbs & Spices along with dried vegetables and tangy cheeses. Store dried seasoning blends in a Cool, Dry, Dark pantry or cupboard for longest shelf life.

Makes 2 cups  22 g (0.98 oz)

 

Ingredients:
Dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, red bell pepper), spices, citrus peel fiber, citric acid, sea salt, silicon dioxide, natural & artificial flavors.

GUACAMOLE DIP
All you need:
- 4 large, ripe avocadoes, peeled, seeded and mashed
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
- finely chopped tomato
- Guacamole Dip mix

All you do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance.

FOR CREAMY GUACAMOLE
Replace 2 of the avocados with 250 ml (1cup/8oz) sour cream, and omit the lemon juice & tomatoes. Follow the rest of the Guacamole directions.

In addition to a great selection including hard-to-find items, the customer service at this establishment is in a category that I did not know still existed. I have ordered from this great store over the internet and with one order there was a question with a quantity I ordered and the staff called me the same day to make sure I had not made a mistake. They also know their products very well and are happy to help. Their selection is very extensive. For those of us in the US, have no worries about things taking a long time to arrive from our helpful knowledgeable neighbors to the North! I just received another order from this great store and echo my previous comments! Quick service and your order arrives perfectly packaged. Could not be happier with the products and service.
