Details

Rich on the palate, it subtly recalls the taste of nature with its woody notes. Its flesh is firm and offers a fleshy and pleasant texture on the palate. In rillette format, this mushroom offers a rich experience that transposes the raw flavors of nature into each bite.

Featured in creative bites or fresh cream pasta. This unique rillette brings the rich woody flavors of the earth to your favorite crackers. Mix a c. rillettes in a cup of cream cheese and fresh chives. A simple way to reinvent a cracker or the traditional celery appetizer. A unique mushroom growing under forest cover, it is a natural enhancer bringing the rich flavors of the earth to your plate. It is the hidden treasure of our woodland gardens.

Unlike popular vegetables, it is very rich in vitamin D, B (B2, B3, B5, B8) and several essential minerals, such as iron, zinc and potassium. It is an excellent source of fiber and selenium. Unknown in Quebec, this mushroom is grown under forest cover (rows of pines) and emerges through wood chips. We sow it in early spring for a harvest from August to October. Like most fungi, it regenerates and multiplies from year to year.

Ingredients: Mushrooms, Potatoes, Gray shallots, Water, Filtered duck fat, Cornstarch, Salt, Garlic, Sage, Pepper, Parsley.
