Here is a 100 % duck version of the classic spaghetti sauce. Once more, the authentic recipe contains only homemade ingredients. Slowly cooked with a homemade duck stock, the sauce will be one of the tastiest, more flavorful you have ever had taste.

Recommended accompaniments: Much like your favorited pasta dish, this sauce is to be sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.

Directions and storage :

– On the stove: Cover and heat at low heat for about 12–15 minutes.

Ingredients: Duck meat, puréed tomatoes, duck stock, celery, onions, carrots, red wine, mushrooms, fine duck fat, parsley, garlic, Guérande fleur de sel, tomato paste, corn starch, sugar, baking soda, herbes de Provence, black pepper, spices.
