To the west of the paradise island of Bali, in the Jembrana region, is Indonesia's first certified organic cooperative. Kerta Semaya Samaniya brings together small producers around the same project, that of making Bali cocoa, an internationally renowned fine cocoa.
Like this island, this chocolate is captivating, soothing and surprises with its intense sweetness. Fruity, floral, sweet and delicious, it is of rare complexity. We find fruity notes of stewed mirabelle plums and greengage, with an extension of honey notes.
