Mustard with grape must has a fruity and powerful taste. It is delicious as an accompaniment to cold meats, duck breasts, blood sausages, in vinaigrettes and sauces.

It can also be used as a chutney, with foie gras or cheese.

This mustard is made naturally, by finally grinding black mustard seeds with spices. To this spicy paste, our master mustard maker adds grape must, a concentrate of red grapes. Red grapes naturally color mustard, giving it that lovely purple hue. Very sweet, the red grape is at the origin of this incomparable sweet-salty flavor.
