This 100% duck terrine is carefully prepared with top quality ingredients. Cooked with duck breast and real pieces of duck foie gras and a touch of Armagnac.
Directions and storage: Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Serve cold. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. Keeps 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Recommended accompaniments: The terrine is perfect to accompany your brunches. Spread on a good toast or on dried cranberry crackers. It can be served with onion confit, fruit jelly or jam, fresh figs and pears.
